Second Annual APF Peace Summit (2022)
Liberating The Church From Violence
MLK JR. & the UNHOLY TRINITY
Members of the APF Peace Church Network are joining forces to present the second annual peace summit on January 15, 2022. Our conversation will center on the second aspect of Martin Luther King Jr.’s three societal evils: Racism, Militarism, and Materialism. We will explore root causes of violence, our burgeoning gun culture, the militarization of law enforcement, protest violence, Adventist Church official statements and how to wage peace. To prepare for the event, we invite you to review this presentation by Martin Luther King, Jr: “Three Evils of Society” (text | audio).
