Adventist Peace Radio, Ep 42: Quarterly Lesson 4—Mercy & Justice in Psalms & Proverbs
Welcome to Adventist Peace Radio, the podcast of the Adventist Peace Fellowship. This episode continues our series following the Quarterly lesson study, now Lesson 4—Mercy and Justice in Psalms and Proverbs (July 20–26, 2019).
This episode features Margaret Howell, who is assistant professor of social work, trauma faculty facilitator, and director of the dual degree programs between the SDA Theological Seminary and the School of Social Work at Andrews University. She has degrees in theology and in social work, and she has served for several years in inner cities as a Bible worker and as a clinical and community social worker with traumatized families and communities. Margaret is very involved in the community wherever she resides, working closely with schools and families. She is a frequent speaker in churches, camp meetings and other events. Margaret has been involved in church planting twice.
We would like to thank ADRA, Signs Publishing, and Adventist Record magazine for supporting this quarter’s lesson study and for promoting our podcast.
