3rd Annual APF Peace Summit: LGBTQ & Adventism—Peace, Truth, & Reconciliation

March 22, 2023 by Jeff Boyd

Watch the event here (April 22 portion only; event begins at minute 5):

Members of the APF Peace Church Network are collaborating to present the third annual peace summit on April 22 and 23, 2023. Our purpose is to share the truth about how many in the Seventh-day Adventist Church have and currently treat members of the LGBTQ community, to attempt the beginning of reconciliation with our LGBTQ siblings, and to provide a space for peacemaking where people of varying theological understandings can come together and center on love.

SATURDAY, APRIL 22, 5:30 P.M. EST

Main Session, featuring Chris Blake, Rene Drumm, Alicia Johnston, Steve Leddy, Todd Leonard, Kevin McGill, Moe Stiles, Catherine Taylor, Paul-Anthony Turner, Daniel Xisto, and Nick Zork.

Event streamed live on YouTube.

SUNDAY, APRIL 23, 5:00 P.M. EST

For Zoom Breakout Discussion on Sunday, register here.

    Host: Catherine Taylor

  • “Loving those of us who are LGBTQ+ as Jesus does—in our Families”
